DORO Restaurant is coming back to Sub-Edge Farm for the last time this season, with the chefs of Zohara Mediterranean Kitchen. This is a night you don’t want to miss!
What better way to enjoy the beginning of fall than dining in the heart of The Farmington River Valley surrounded by acres of gorgeous farmland. Enjoy gourmet dishes and cocktails crafted with fresh ingredients that are harvested right from the farm.
The festivities begin with a tour of Sub-Edge, led by owners Rodger and Isabelle Phillips. After guests take in the scenery and learn about sustainable farming, the feasting begins. The menu will feature five courses with hearty fall flavors like, pumpkin hummus, squash & freeman risotto, roasted eggplant, and fried kale to name a few.
Guests are encouraged to dress warmly, bring layers, and wear comfortable and sturdy shoes for the tour.
